The AddvancedFocus demo runs in your browser without a live AI request, analytics script, or marketing cookie. A separate optional early-access form collects email information only if you submit it.

Return notes and example selections stay in page memory. They are not sent anywhere or saved to browser storage, and they disappear when you leave the product page or refresh.

This describes the website demo. The future product’s data practices will be published separately before release.

OPTIONAL EARLY-ACCESS UPDATES

The homepage has an optional product-updates form. When you submit, your email address, chosen product interest, and consent checkbox are processed and stored by Netlify Forms for Biro.dev. Netlify may retain technical submission metadata as part of its service.

We will use the email only to contact you about meaningful progress or potential early-access opportunities for the selected product. Signing up does not create an app account, guarantee a beta invitation, or share information with an AI model. We do not sell the list.

We use Resend to send a confirmation email with a link valid for 24 hours. Opening the link does not subscribe you: you must also select Confirm product updates. Only then is your email added to Biro.dev’s confirmed contacts in Resend, with the selected product interest and consent time. Resend processes recipient addresses and email content for delivery. Email tracking is disabled. We do not send product updates to unconfirmed addresses or automatically add you to another marketing list.

To withdraw consent, unsubscribe from future updates, or request removal of your form submission, email founder@biro.dev from the address you used. Resend stores confirmed contact information and separate confirmation details for each selected product. Confirmation links are encrypted, expire within 24 hours, and are not stored in a separate website database. Netlify Forms retains the original request separately; a form entry alone is not a verified subscription. Provider delivery records and original form submissions have separate retention and can be removed on request. Confirmed signups are kept only while relevant to these updates or until removal is requested.

The scripted AddvancedFocus demo is separate. Its tasks and return notes are not sent with the email form and disappear when you refresh or leave the demo page.
