MEET ADDVANCEDFOCUS

Less deciding.
More beginning.

An AI-powered executive-function assistant being developed for ADHD, autism, and the everyday work of starting, planning, and following through.

SUPPORT THAT STAYS WITH YOU

Find a next step.
Make it doable.
Know where to return.

Keep one action in focus. Give the rest a place to wait. Build a way back when life interrupts.

A working illustration of the idea—not a released app.

TRY A SMALL PART OF THE IDEA

A little less to hold.
A clear place to start.

Explore three everyday situations. Adjust the energy level, start a short session, or leave yourself a return note.

A task I’m avoiding · A tiny step

JUST ONE THING2 min · Low effort

The report you’ve been putting off

Open a blank document.

Give it a working title. That’s enough for a beginning.

Why this step?

It removes the setup barrier without asking you to write the whole report.

02:00A little time to begin

No perfect plan needed. Just a place to begin.

Scripted examples, not live AI. The timer and controls work in this prototype. Your selections and return note stay in this page’s memory and disappear when you leave this product page or refresh.

MORE THAN A TASK LIST

The work you can see.
The load you can’t.

AddvancedFocus is intended to support both task initiation and the mental work of keeping everyday responsibilities moving.

PERSONAL FOLLOW-THROUGH

Make a difficult task approachable.

A large task can contain an unclear first step, setup work, and several decisions. The goal is to surface one concrete action that fits the time and energy available.

  • Separate the first step from the full project.
  • Adjust the effort without rebuilding the plan.
  • Leave a useful note when attention shifts.
HOUSEHOLD MENTAL LOAD

Give open loops a place to live.

Family logistics include noticing, planning, following up, and remembering what someone else is waiting for. We’re exploring ways to make that work visible and easier to revisit.

  • Clarify what needs attention and what can wait.
  • Distinguish your next action from a pending response.
  • Keep the context needed for a follow-up nearby.

A MANAGEABLE VIEW OF THE DAY

One useful action.
A place for everything else.

Four horizons organize the intended experience around how soon something needs your attention.

Now
One action to begin. Keep the immediate choice clear and the first step small.
Today
A short, realistic set of intentions. Leave room for the day to change.
Upcoming
Commitments and follow-ups that need attention soon, with enough context to prepare.
Later
Ideas and tasks that can wait. Keep them out of the immediate decision.

These horizons are demonstrated with scripted examples in the website concept. Persistent planning and AI-assisted prioritization are future product capabilities.

WHAT WE’RE WORKING TOWARD

Support for the work
behind everyday life.

These are AddvancedFocus’s intended areas of support. Specific capabilities are still in development.

01

Starting tasks

Turn an intention into one concrete first step, sized to the energy and time available.

02

Routines that can flex

Support everyday sequences while making room for changing schedules, energy, and needs.

03

Plans that feel manageable

Separate Now, Today, Upcoming, and Later so one useful action can stand out without losing the rest.

04

A lighter household load

Explore ways to make responsibilities, follow-ups, and the things people keep in their heads easier to see.

05

A way back after interruptions

Pause with a short return note, preserve the next step, and make re-entry easier after an interruption.

06

Choice at every step

Offer understandable suggestions that people can change or decline. Assistance should strengthen agency.

THE PRODUCT APPROACH

From an open loop
to an approachable action.

AddvancedFocus is being designed around a short, repeatable cycle: capture what is on your mind, choose a manageable action, and leave a clear path back.

An everyday intention

“I need to get ready for tomorrow, but I don’t know where to start.”

Useful context might include available time, energy, and what actually needs to happen.

An illustrative suggestion

Put the things you need
by the door.

Start with your keys and bag. Give it two minutes, then choose whether to continue.

Small enough to startEasy to adjust

A written example of the intended experience. No AI is running here.

01

Capture without perfect wording

The intended AI experience would help turn a loosely expressed need into a clear action. You should not need to build an elaborate system before it becomes useful.

02

Keep the choice with you

Review the suggestion, make it smaller, or choose a different priority. Your own understanding of the day should guide the plan.

03

Make returning part of the plan

Preserve the context that makes restarting easier. In the concept, a short return note gives the next attempt somewhere to begin.

THOUGHTFUL USE OF AI

Helpful suggestions.
Your decisions.

We’re exploring AI that helps turn loosely described intentions into concrete first steps, simplify plans, and clarify what needs attention. We’re designing around understandable suggestions, clear choices, and respect for personal information. The final AI implementation and data practices will be explained before public release.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Where things stand.

Can I use AddvancedFocus today?

You can try the scripted concept on this page today. The full AddvancedFocus application is still in development; a public release date has not been announced.

Who is it being designed for?

AddvancedFocus is being developed with neurodivergent people in mind, including people with ADHD and autism, as well as families managing everyday executive-function demands. Individual needs vary; our goal is flexible support.

What will it cost?

Pricing has not been set. Affordability is a core product goal, and we’ll share clear pricing before release.

How will personal information be handled?

Is AddvancedFocus a medical product?

AddvancedFocus is being developed for practical everyday support. It is not presented as a diagnostic tool, treatment, or replacement for professional care.
